How gym access works in 3 steps

Member signs in
New members get an account and use the app on their phone. You assign membership to your gym—or multiple gyms—and control who has access.

You grant access
You add the member to the gym (and optionally top up credits). Gymetic keeps access in sync: when membership is active, they can enter; when it ends, access stops automatically.
- 03
Entry only with valid access
At the door the member shows a QR code from the app or taps an IC card. The reader checks they're allowed in (and have credits if you use prepaid), then unlocks. Entry and exit are recorded so you always know who came in and when.
Why this approach is secure
- Access is tied to the member's account and membership status in real time.
- QR code from the app offers the strongest security features; unlock only after verification—no shared keys. If you explicitly want it, IC card is also supported.
- Every entry is logged, so you have a clear record of who used the gym and when.
We recommend the QR code from the mobile app (most valuable security features). If a member or gym explicitly wants entry by IC card, that can be enabled too.
